This policy explains what personal data is collected on this website, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected

Through the contact form only:

• name;
• email address;
• project type and budget range;
• the content of your message.

No data is collected without your knowledge. Audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) works without cookies and without any personal identifier: it cannot identify you.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. It is accessible only to Gabin Goude and passes through:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting);
• Resend (delivery of the email generated by the form).

These providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or Data Privacy Framework certification).

Retention period

Correspondence is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. If a contract is concluded, the data required is kept for the applicable statutory period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to [email to be completed]. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.

Security

The website applies appropriate security measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), a strict content security policy, server-side data validation and limits on abusive submissions.
